1. Delivery of sample sets
Online order: The sample bags are sent free of charge.
If sample bags cannot be ordered online in your country, you can obtain them from your Sano specialist advisor.
We will invoice you for the lab samples only after the analysis has been completed.

These conditions apply to deliveries to Germany and Austria.
Island freight within Germany is excluded.
